Sophie & Jimmy

Music TV producers by trade, Sophie and Jimmy invited guests to share their love of urban music, fashion and good times through a chic urban wedding at MC Motors. S&J wanted to create a party vibe from the get go with plenty of street food, drinks and dancing prior to an informal seated feasting style meal.

Sophie and Jimmy put their producer skills to work and hand picked the industries freshest suppliers including yours truly as their caterer. To work with their party vibe drinks reception we suggested a menu of street style canapés and larger street style bites including our famous maple dipped buttermilk fried chicken, tacos and sliders. Fully charged from plenty of street food, drink and R&B covers from The Gospel Touch Choir, guests were invited to be seated for a two course sharing style wedding breakfast. Mingling and dancefloor time was important to S&J so we recommended going big on canapés and street food, skipping starters and sitting down to two courses. This reduced time at the table and allowed for maximum party time!
